COEUR d’ALENE — Lauren Phillips totaled 18 assists, six digs and three blocks as the top-seeded Coeur d’Alene Vikings overcame a first-set slipup to beat the fourth-seeded Lewiston Bengals 24-26, 25-15, 25-21, 25-13 in the first round of the 5A Region 1 volleyball tournament Saturday at Viking Court.
