Courtesy photo Auto dealerships along Interstate 90 in Post Falls along with the city of Rathdrum held successful “Trunk or Treat” events in 2018. Here is a trunk display by the Pluid family in Rathdrum that was honored. Both events drew thousands of people and trick-or-treaters were handed out candy from the trunks of vehicles. Area law enforcement and fire agencies also participated in the events.
