The Timbers North FC ’05 Red boys soccer team finished round-robin play in first place, bringing home a State Cup championship title in the U14 boys group. The win qualified the Timbers for the U.S. Youth Soccer Far West Regional Championship June 17-23 in Boise, against the state cup winners of the 14 western states.  
All State Cup games were played at Simplot Sports Complex in Boise. 
On Friday, the Timbers beat the Boise Timbers FC-MB 4-1, as Cooper Prohaska scored two goals, Drew Hansen and Bryce Allred one each. Landon Lee and Cooper Prohaska each has assists, and Miles Taylor had four saves. 
On Saturday, the Timbers beat the BYSL IFFC 6-1. Bryce Allred scored a hat trick, and Landon Lee, Drew Hansen and Jacob Ukick scored once each. Isaac Fritts had two assists, Jayce Simmet and Cooper Prohaska one each, and Miles Taylor had three saves. 
On Sunday, the Timbers beat the Boise Timbers FC-AB 3-1, as Isaac Fritts scored two goals, Landon Lee one. Cooper Prohaska had two assists, Bryce Allred one, and Miles Taylor had five assists. 
On Monday, the Timbers played the Idaho Rush to a 2-2 draw. Christopher Mongan and Cooper Prohaska each scored once for the Timbers, Nate Wyatt had an assist, and Miles Taylor had four saves. The Timbers are coached by head coach Mike Thompson and assistant coach Chloe Teets. Of the 10 Timbers Thorns teams at State Cup, eight played in the semifinals, five in the finals, with one champion and three other teams placing second, losing on penalty kicks.
