Members of the Idaho Grand Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, a charitable Masonic appendant body, spent the last year fundraising for Make-A-Wish Idaho, a nonprofit that helps makes dreams come true for sick and terminally ill kids across the state. During the Eastern Star’s annual state conference in the Best Western Plus Coeur d’Alene Inn on Tuesday, Make-A-Wish Idaho director of development Jessica Budzianowski, center, was presented with a check for $10,000 to continue the mission of bringing joy into the lives of those kids. More funds are being collected from Eastern Star to give to Make-A-Wish Idaho, bringing the donation total to at least $18,000. Visit www.idaho.wish.org to learn about Make-A-Wish Idaho.
