Idaho sled dog race joins elite ranks
COUNCIL — On a crisp, chilly Monday morning, Laurie Warren prepared her teammates for their upcoming race, checking joints and feet for any sign of injury, doling out vitamins and chopping whole, frozen salmon to serve as breakfast, lunch and dinner on the trail.
