Oregon bank robber arrested after Ramada SWAT standoff
A 32-year-old man was arrested on a federal warrant Thursday morning when a police SWAT unit breached the door of his room on the third floor of the Coeur d’Alene Ramada Inn and sent in a biting K-9.
