JIM MOWREADER/Press The Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle log truck crash Thursday. David T. Stanton, 45, of Orofino, was traveling northbound on U.S. 95 at milepost 420, just south of Coeur d’Alene. Stanton drove off the right shoulder of the roadway, striking a guardrail end. The log truck continued up the embankment and overturned. The northbound lanes were blocked for 20 minutes until traffic control was set up. Stanton was transported to Kootenai Health, it is unknown if he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
