This was the home of lumber tycoon Frederick Blackwell and doctors John and William Wood on Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene before it was destroyed and a restaurant building was constructed on the site. The latest structure is being torn down for a residential project featuring a combination of townhomes and single-family homes.
