The foot chase lasted about 30 minutes after Ross was found wandering in neighborhoods around 12th Avenue. Ross has multiple warrants, according to police, and was believed to be under the influence.

POST FALLS — A Post Falls man wanted on felony warrants allegedly held a knife to his throat before police used a stun gun to detain him after a foot pursuit in Post Falls on Thursday.
