Courtesy photo The 142-slip marina on the Spokane River in Post Falls, in the center of the photo, has been sold along with 1.8 acres of waterfront property to the right of the condominiums. The new owners, Tom and Hayden Anderl and John Magnuson, plan to have the marina in operation this summer and start work on a 20-unit condominium building with parking and garages later this summer. An access to the waterfront from Spokane Street will also be constructed.
