<p>Jodi Rhoden hugs her 18-year-old daughter Mikayla Nicodemus on Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 after the Make a Wish Foundation announced it was awarding Mikayla with the wish of going to Disney Land. Mikayla is battling Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, Lymphedema, Thyroid Disease, seizures, and kidney failure in her only existing kidney.</p>
