<p>Fifth-grader Carter Flink places a puffball onto the top of his cone during class on Tuesday, Sept 20, 2016 at Fernan Elementary School. The student decorated cones will be picked up by the United State Forest Service later in the week and delivered to Washington, D.C. to be placed on the Christmas Tree on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol in time for the holiday season.</p>
