<p>Carlene Cada of the East Side Fire Protection District celebrates as the District is awarded the People's Choice Award for best soup at St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho's seventh-annual Souport the End of Homelessness fundraiser lunch on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds. Forty businesses and non-profits donated soup for the lunch, where about 1,000 people attended and donated a total of $13,000 to Kootenai County warming shelters.</p>
