<p>A Spokane Valley fire investigator and the farmer of the property on the Idaho/Washington border that burned Monday afternoon look at the field and talk about what the possible causes and damages were. The Spokane Valley Fire Department received the call at 11:45 a.m. and had a wet line around the area by 12:45 p.m.</p>
