<p>John Schwandt, co-chair of the Kootenai County Arbor Day Committee, gives a little speech in the middle of the Arbor Day tree bagging. He said the team will have bagged 2,500 trees by the end of Monday, and the program has distributed over 69,000 seedlings.</p>
