<p>Victoria Williamson, cartographer for the Kootenai Count Assessor’s Office, samples a soup Monday during the “Souper Bowl of Soup or bread contest” event at the county administration building in Coeur d’Alene. The funds from the cook-off contest fundraising event, that included items made by county employees, will go to help fill Christmas boxes for applicants of the Circuit Breaker Tax Reduction Program.</p>
