<p>Jeff Connaway, owner of Silver Creek Signs, works on restoring an eagle symbol that the company originally built in 1994 for the Fort Sherman gate on the North Idaho College campus. Last winter the eagle “took flight” after it was dislodged from its post during heavy winds. After the restoration project is complete the piece will be reinstalled at NIC.</p>
