<p>An officer with the Coeur d’Alene Police Department peeks over a fence while looking for a male in a neighborhood north of Hanley Avenue and Ramsey Road in Coeur d’Alene. The search prompted the lockdown of Lake City High School, Skyway Elementary, Ramsey Elementary and Woodland Middle School.</p>
