<p>Two people walk along the Centennial Path where Rosenberry Road turns into West River Avenue on Friday evening. The city of Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho College are negotiating how they will share the cost of work being done, which includes the removal of trees and vegetation, on the levee that runs along Rosenberry Drive and West River Avenue, commonly called "the dike road."</p>
