<p>In 2015, a new public safety bond is expected to be implemented by the city of Coeur d'Alene in order to meet critical needs for the fire department. The bond will replace a previous 10-year bond that was passed in 2005 that will cost taxpayers less money, according to Mayor Steve Widmyer.</p>
