<p>Snow runoff has helped fill the Spokane River at Post Falls in recent days. The Post Falls City Council will hold a workshop at 5 tonight on an update on the water reclamation facility plan. Post Falls’ treated wastewater is discharged to the river. The council will also consider dismissing the city’s lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on the river cleanup plan.</p>
