<p>Mica Kidd Island Fire Protection District Chief Jason Blubaum returned from vacation recently to find his office painted pink by his volunteer firefighters. Chief Blubaum has had several family members diagnosed with breast cancer, including his mom who is undergoing treatment. “It was the best christmas present I’ve ever received,” Blubaum said.</p>
