<p>Kootenai County firefighter Rusty Kramer and Lieutenant Frank Harwood carry wood panels from a house that suffered from an electrical fire on Cecil Road in Post Falls on Tuesday afternoon. The fire was caused by a electrical splice that overheated in-between the walls of the bedroom causing minimal damage.</p>
