<p>On Friday, Anne Nesse and Bob Bennett submitted a draft of an initiative to Coeur d’Alene City Clerk Renata McLeod, which begins a 20-day process of legal review. If the initiative gets the required 1,681 signatures, voters in Coeur d’Alene will head to the polls on Nov. 3 to decide if the city should increase its minimum wage.</p>
