<p>A Kootenai County Fire and Rescue firefighter sprays water on a home at 6608 Davenport during a controlled burn on the structure, that was donated for training purposes, in Dalton Gardens on Tuesday. Neighbors said the property owners plan to build a new home on the site.</p>
