Neighborhood of the Week: Orchard Lands

You've seen it. That neighborhood north of I-90 between Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls that sat empty for years, teasing folks as they flew past on the interstate, heading west. It was in a prime location. The streets and lots were nicely maintained, the utilities were in - there just weren't any houses.
