<p>Laura Narolski jogs along Lake Coeur d'Alene on the Centennial Trail on a cloudy Thursday afternoon in preparation for her first Ironman triathlon. Narolski was diagnosed with breast cancer March 2011 and made a comment once her treatments were completed January 2012 to race in Ironman Coeur d'Alene.</p>
