<p>Firefighters battle a wind-driven brush fire in Simi Valley, Calif. on Wednesday. Strong Santa Ana winds spread the fire quickly; however, firefighters gained the upper hand in several hours after an all out assault using water dropping helicopters, engines, and hand crews.</p>
