<p>Jim Van Sky, owner of Big Country Helicopters, began flying in 1992 and now offers flight services to tourists, photographers and videographers, engineers who need access to remote communication towers and cherry growers in Central Washington. Farmers utilize helicopters to help dry their cherry orchards after the early summer rains to ensure against a ruined crop due to absorption and splitting of the fruit.</p>
