<p>A fundraiser through Coffee Cottage in Post Falls recently raised $600 toward a bulletproof vest for Andor, Post Falls Police's newest K-9. The business contributed $300 and patrons $300. The vest will cost $2,100 and this is the initial funds toward the purchase.</p>
