<p>Katie Weppner, 9, bags up cat food for the pets of homeless clients who works with the St. Vincent de Paul H.E.L.P. Center in Coeur d'Alene. The Winton Elementary fourth-grader has been raising funds and collecting donations to provide the food for approximately two years.</p>
