<p>Cody Pearson, owner of Advanced Roofing & Construction, attaches a strap to the steeple of the Lake City Playhouse in Coeur d'Alene in preparation to remove it from the building Tuesday. Pearson is donating about $30,000 in construction services along with other contractors taking part in the renovation project to minimize the cost for the non-profit community theater.</p>
