<p>Kristie Bear, who was raised in Kootenai County, won the 2011 Mrs. Idaho America pageant held Feb. 12 at the Columbia High School Auditorium in Nampa. Bear will join 50 other state winners at the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., to compete in the Mrs. America pageant in April.</p>
