Celia Elaine Turner, 64

Celia was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on Dec. 15, 1960, to Zella D. McCaw Turner and Albert H. Turner. On March 2, 2025, Celia passed away from injuries received in a car/pedestrian accident.  

As a youth, she lived in St. Maries and attended North Idaho College, where she met Jim Kelly. They remained a couple until Jim passed away a year ago. 

She is survived by Jim's brother, Cecil Kelly of Coeur d'Alene, her uncle, Donald McCaw and wife Christine of Harrison, and two cousins, Connie Hazelton and Linda Smith of Hayden. 

Celia loved music and played piano, guitar and accordion. She will be interred next to Jim in Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene on April 3 at 10 a.m. Pastor Ross Lanphere will officiate.
