Free tax services available

Local AARP tax-aide volunteers are helping thousands of North Idahoans with free tax preparation services through April 15.
The service has no age restrictions, though it is geared toward older adults with low to moderate income. It’s not necessary to be an AARP member.
Free tax prep assistance will be offered at three appointment sites and one walk-in site. Bring a Social Security card for all people on the return, photo ID, tax return and all income documents, such as W2s and 1099s.
