Lovett, a senior from Post Falls High, won his second straight Big Ten Championship on Sunday in Evanston, Ill., beating Kannon Webster of Illinois in the championship match. He is the first Husker to win back-to-back titles since Robet Kokesh in 2014 and 2015.

Utah track and field

Peters, a sophomore from Post Falls, ran the fifth-fastest 5K in school history, finishing in 16 minutes, 3.35 seconds at the Husky Classic on Feb. 17 in Seattle in her first indoor 5,000 meter race.
