| March 12, 2025 2:15 PM

The Coeur d'Alene Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating an at-risk woman.

59-year-old Sandra D. Banks has not been seen since March 5, according to CDAPD.

Banks was last seen near the Idaho/Washington state line by an Idaho State Police trooper and was wearing a red winter coat and a black top hat.  She had two Dachshund dogs with her.  At the time, Sandra indicated she was trying to get to Spokane.

Banks reportedly suffers from mental health and medical related issues that she takes medication for.  When she left, Sandra didn’t take her cell phone or her medication and has likely not had her meds since March 4th.

Anyone who has seen Banks since March 4th or has information about her location is asked to contact Detective Chris Schatz at 208-769-2385.
