Lakes Highway District  2025 Road Improvement Projects  Notice of Advertisement for Bids  Separate sealed bids for the District’s 2025 Road Improvement Projects will be received by Lakes Highway District, Kootenai County, Idaho, the Owner, at the Lakes Highway District Office located at 17783 N. Pope Road, Hayden, Idaho 83835 until 10:00 a.m. prevailing local time Thursday, February 6, 2025. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Idaho Housing and Finance Association    Seeks public comment regarding proposed changes to the 2025 Annual Administrative Plan for Idaho’s HOME, HTF, and NSP Programs     IHFA is the HUD grantee for the State of Idaho’s HOME Investment Partnerships, National Housing Trust Fund, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Programs.
