AARP Foundation Tax-Aide offering free tax help

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is offering free tax help at five sites in North Idaho starting Feb. 1. 

Free tax help will be by appointment at Lake City Center, Post Falls Community Presbyterian Church, Rathdrum Community Center and in Kellogg, at the Idaho Health & Welfare Office. Walk-ins are welcome at Dalton Gardens Church of Christ, Fourth and Hanley, beginning Feb. 1. 

Bring your photo identification, Social Security cards, last year’s tax return and essential tax documents.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides IRS-certified tax preparation services to taxpayers with low to moderate income and is open to all ages.
