MARIJUANA FINES: Spend money on food instead

To Clayton Sappington: Regarding the new fine for marijuana possession that is unfair to the lower income residents.

Maybe those people should spend their meager income on food and shelter instead of marijuana or else move to Washington to smoke their dope.
