Carver, a 6-foot-4 junior forward, scored 17 points in a 61-56 win over Lake City on Jan. 14 at Post Falls High after scoring 22 points in a 67-63 win at Coeur d’Alene on Jan. 7. “Connor played very efficiently against them, averaging 19.5 points and 6.8 rebounds against them,” Post Falls coach Mike McLean said. “Connor fulfills his role on our team with the goal of winning each possession, both offensively and defensively as his goal. It is never about Connor when he is playing.”
