NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Coeur d’Alene City Council will hold a public hearing on February 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Public Library, 702 E. Front Avenue to accept testimony on the following item: ITEM BR-1-24: Lamar Advertising of Spokane is requesting to relocate and digitize a two-sided 300 square foot v-build billboard from its current location at 1621 Northwest Boulevard to 3119 N. 2nd Street, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815. While addressed off of 2nd Street, the billboard would be adjacent to Government Way. The applicant is also requesting variances for the maximum height of the billboard and the proximity to residential  zoning districts. CITY OF HARRISON  REQUEST FOR CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES    INTRODUCTION: The City of Harrison is seeking a contract attorney or legal firm to serve as City Attorney and provide civil legal services as set forth in Idaho Code Sections 50-204 and 50-206. The City Attorney will be an independent contractor, not an employee of the City, and as such will not receive any employee benefits. The City invites interested law firms and individuals with a minimum of five years of municipal law experience representing municipal or other governmental entities in the State of Idaho to submit a written application to provide City Attorney services.   As City Attorney, the selected law firm or individual will be expected to provide a wide range of legal services to the City.
