Hayden, ID: Hayden Canyon Charter (HCC) is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year. Hayden Canyon Charter meets the needs of a diverse student population. HCC is “designed to prepare youth – through hands-on learning, in critical thinking and character development – to blaze new trails and solve real world problems.” The curriculum, instruction, and assessment are designed around project-based themes and hands-on applied learning that encompasses all subject areas throughout the day. Section 202 (Finding and Purpose) provides findings and determinations required to finance certain improvements to the wastewater treatment facility system serving the City of Hayden, Kootenai County, Idaho (the “City”) with proceeds of issuance and sale of the City’s Wastewater Revenue Bond, Series 2025 (the “Series 2025 Bond”) pursuant to the Bond Ordinance and Loan Agreement, as amended, with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (the “IDEQ Loan Agreement”). Section 203 (Authorization of Series 2025 Bond, Principal Amount, Designation; Confirmation of Pledge of Net Revenues) authorizes the Series 2025 Bond in the principal amount of $9,758,660.88; provides the designation of the Series 2025 Bond, and security of payment thereof from Net Revenues. Section 204 (Issue Date) provides that the issue date shall be the date of issuance of the Series 2025 Bond. Section 205 (Series 2025 Bond Details) provides that the Series 2025 Bond shall be issued in a single denomination and shall bear interest and be payable pursuant to the Series 2025 Bond as set forth in Exhibit A to the 2025 Supplemental Ordinance. Section 206 (Optional Redemption) provides that the Series 2025 Bond is subject to redemption prior to maturity in whole or in part at par on any date. Section 207 (Sale of Series 2025 Bond, Ratification and/or Approval of IDEQ Loan Agreement) provides for issuance and sale of the Series 2025 Bond to IDEQ pursuant to the IDEQ Loan Agreement, as amended. Section 302 (Delivery of Series 2025 Bond) authorizes delivery of the Series 2025 Bond to IDEQ. Section 401 (Pledge of Net Revenues) provides for pledge of Net Revenues of the City to pay debt service on the Series 2025 Bond on parity with Outstanding Bonds under the Bond Ordinance. Section 501 (Effect of 2025 Supplemental Ordinance) provides that the Bond Ordinance is amended and supplemented as provided by the 2025 Supplemental Ordinance.
