Lakes fundraiser Friday at Triple Play

The Lakes Middle School Parent, Teacher, Student Association will host a fundraiser at Triple Play Family Fun Park from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday.

Wrist bands will cost $22 for three hours of fun. They must be purchased on site the night of the fundraiser and bought from the Lakes tables inside near the Triple Play entrance. The bands will be good for the water park, as well as for bowling, the laser maze, ropes course and XD Dark ride. Outdoor activities will be available depending on weather.

Half the proceeds from the evening will go back to the school. Funds raised will support the PTSA in its mission to provide support for Lakes students and staff. The PTSA provides food to the staff during student conferences and teacher week. It also funds teacher requests for items to support their classrooms that are not funded by the district. The PTSA funds a student dance in the spring and supports other events at the school, such as the end-of-year carnival, in-school socials and more.

Triple Play Family Fun Park is at 175 W. Orchard Ave., Hayden.
