NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PRIVATE BOND SALE Public notice is hereby given by the City of Hayden, Kootenai County, Idaho (the “City”), of negotiation for and private sale to the State of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (the “Purchaser”) of the City’s Wastewater Revenue Bond, Series 2025 in the principal amount of $9,758,660.88 (the “Bond”) pursuant to the Loan Offer, Acceptance and Agreement for Wastewater Treatment Facility Design and Construction between the City and the Purchaser dated March 28, 2019, as amended (the “Loan Agreement”). The Bond will be authorized pursuant to the City’s Bond Ordinance No. 560 adopted July 26, 2016 (the “Master Bond Ordinance”) and Supplemental Ordinance thereto to be adopted by the City on January 14, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, Idaho (the “Supplemental Ordinance” and together with the Master Bond Ordinance, the “Ordinance”). Additional information concerning the terms and provisions of the Bond, the Ordinance, the Loan Agreement, the security for payment of the Bond, and other pertinent information relating to the Bond is available for public inspection at the City’s offices, 8930 N. Phippeny Park Stormwater Project will be received at City Hall, 710 E Mullan Ave, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83815 until Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM, and will be opened in Conference Room 5 at City Hall. Anyone may attend. A bid must be delivered to the City Clerk in the manner required by the Bidding Information. The work generally includes the trenching for pipe and insertion of drywells as described in the Bid Documents. NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY OF COEUR D’ALENE’S ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY OUTFALL AND EFFLUENT PUMP STATION INVESTIGATION AND CONDITIONAL ASSESSMENT PROJECT The City of Coeur d’Alene Wastewater Department invites vendors specializing in underwater investigation and surveying services to submit proposals for the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (AWTF) Outfall and Effluent Pump Station Investigation and Conditional Assessment Project. Only the proposals from vendors who meet the minimum qualifications contained in the proposal packet will be considered. Sealed proposals must be submitted by 4:00 PM (PST) on January 29, 2025, to the City Clerk’s Office, 710 E. Mullan Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83814. Late proposals will not be opened. The project aims to combine the selected vendor’s survey and investigation work with the City’s prior investigations into a Conditional Assessment Report for updating the AWTF’s outfall and effluent pumping system rehabilitation/maintenance program. A mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2025, at the Wastewater Department, 765 West Hubbard Ave., Coeur d’Alene.
