THANKS: Bringing joy to residents

How can you make 140 people smile? Silver Angels and Rathdrum American Heritage girls from Northern Lakes Bible spent days putting together cards, cookies and gifts to residents at Ivy Court and Silver Ridge. The girls, Angels and Santa, aka David Sheldon, went down the halls singing and giving gifts and homemade cookies to those who were bedbound. Our mission is to remind these residents that they are cherished and not forgotten.

Thanks to Pilgrim’s Market, Thrivent Financial and Candlelight Christian Fellowship for financial support. Hayden Senior Center members, Cindy Oberholtzer and Jan D’Arc provided the yummy cookies. Thanks to Devin Weeks for publishing our event in the Coeur d'Alene Press.
