CDAPD seeking public's help in identifying suspect in multiple area burglaries

The Coeur d’Alene Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect accused of burglarizing several area businesses.
According to a social media post from CDAPD, the suspect is linked to a series of four business burglaries that have taken place over the past several weeks.
The suspect has reportedly targeted three separate businesses, specifically asking to purchase Kratom, CDAPD said.
In each incident, after the clerk began processing the transaction, the male fled the store with the Kratom without paying. On one occasion, he even took the Kratom directly from behind the counter before escaping.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-thirties with a thin or average build. He is said to have red or brown hair and has been seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a vest, a baseball-style hat, and sunglasses.
