VETERANS PRESS: How can I help a veteran?

For five years, we have tried to show you some ways to help veterans with information, stories and articles about veterans resources and groups that can help.

Here is a way you can be ready to help a veteran when you find an opportunity. 

Give them the photo of our “North Idaho Resource Directory” found in every edition. 

Just use your mobile phone to take a picture of the “Resource Directory” section in this edition and keep it on your pictures so you can send it to anyone that needs help or information. 

You don’t need to remember all the resources…just send them a photo copy of the “North Idaho Resource Directory” and they can pick a place to get the help they need. 

“Does the Veteran need Healthcare?” 

Benefits questions?” 

Disability questions? 

Homeless? 

Survivor Benefits? 

Or maybe dozens of more question: 

For years, you have seen a question at the end of most of our articles. It said… 

“Does this sound like someone you know?”   

If it does … Send them the article or just a picture of the “North Idaho Resource Directory” section.
