POLICE STORAGE BUILDING  NOTICE OF PREQUALIFICATION    The City of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the Storage Building project at Police Department.
