Don 'Scott' Larsen, 62

Don S. Larsen, affectionately known as “Scott”. Beloved father, grandfather and friend, who left us unexpectedly Dec. 21, 2024, at the age of 62. Scott was born Oct. 5, 1962, to Don and Corrine Larsen in San Diego, Calif. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Don. His beloved mother, Corrine, joined her only son two days later, Dec. 24, 2024. 

Scott’s greatest accomplishments were raising his two successful sons and his 33-year marriage to Nancy Larsen. He enjoyed simple pleasures, including hunting, fishing, ping-pong, BBQing, and working on his property with his dog, Zeke. However, his real passion was spending time teaching his two sons the art of hunting and fishing. Scott had a wonderful sense of humor, often witty and occasionally enjoyed tying one on, but his kindness and generosity were unmatched. We know he's up in heaven, kicked up by a campfire, drinking a beer with his mom and dad, and waiting for the day we'll be there to join him. 

Scott is survived by Nancy (Bunch) Larsen; son Justin Larsen (wife Shelby and their daughter, Harper); and son Cody Larsen (wife Sage, and their children Ashton, Annalease, Ember and Kahlessi); and all the friendships he’s made along the way. 

A memorial service is pending for spring/summer 2025.
